Club Executive Committee

1.The President, Vice Presidents and supporting departments are elected by the members of the club.

2. Duties and powers of the Executive Board:

a) Organizes and implements the Club’s resolutions, Club Charter, and leads all Club activities;

b) Prepares and decides to convene meetings and activities;

c) Decides on the Club’s annual program and work plan;

d) Determines the organizational structure of the Club. Establishes operating regulations for the Executive Board and supporting departments, as well as regulations for the management and use of the Club’s finances and assets. Additionally, creates regulations for the management and use of the Club’s seal (if applicable), as well as regulations for rewards and discipline. Ensures that the Club’s internal regulations align with the provisions of the Club’s Charter and the relevant laws.

3.Operating principles of the Executive Board:

a) The Executive Board operates in accordance with the provisions of law and the Club’s Charter;

b) Issues resolutions and decisions of the Club that have been approved.
